Women are very high maintenance.

Yesterday when I got off the bus, Jaicee informed me about how she was planning on a sleepover at her house with Aubree.

Great.

She told me to go over to her house right as soon as Aubree got over there, and I assumed this meant that Aubree was going over there right after she got home, but as it turned out, Aubree didn't go over there until almost 5:45. In the meantime, I was on IM when Jessica H. came on, who I haven't even seen since last year, so I started talking to her about what's new and how she's been. I was busy talking to her when Aubree said she was going over to Jaicee's and to hurry and get over there, but the problem was I was still talking to Jessica and still needed to eat some dinner. By the time I finished that and ate dinner, (a can of chili I found in the pantry with dust collecting on it) it was almost 6:30, so I figured I'd call to say that I was on my way.

When I called, Jaicee was all ticked because I had taken so long, and it was too late for me to come over because Jaicee's mom had left for work or something. Anyway, so to make up for not going over there on Friday night, she said that I had to come to Jaicee's ward primary breakfast that she was taking her brothers to.

So I walked over to Jaicee's house around 9:00 and from there we walked over to her church. The primary kids had breakfast (Jaicee made me take some food too) and then they started playing games, so I wandered over to the kitchen and offered to help clean up.

So when that was all finished, I followed the girls back over to Jaicee's house where I got trapped in her room as they told me that I could either sing into a karaoke machine or stay longer than 10:30, which is when I told them I had to go home.

I got out at 10:45.

I then walked back over to mom's house (running into Shane helping his grandpa on the way) and drove over to dad's.

I was going to go driving in my mom's Nissan 300 ZX with my step-dad around 3:00 but he had to go out to work, so I've pretty much just been sitting at home the rest of the day. Hopefully I'll be able to go out driving on Monday, my step-dad promised we'd go out right as soon as he got home from work.

Okay, let's try this again...

I've decided that it's time to attempt at another blog. After my last blog died on me and messed up all the template syntax, I guess I just lost interest for a while. Anyway, now I'm back and ready to bore you all once again. :D

As far as life in general is going, I think it's pretty good right now. My latest interest has been City of Heroes, a game my brother bought in an obsessive moment of I-have-to-have-this insanity. The only catch is that my computer is the only one that's actually powerful enough to run the game without crashing. So now I can play CoH whenever I feel like it, while Sean has to cram in time whenever he's actually around my computer. (which isn't much, he only manages to play when he's over at mom's house Wednesday thru Friday every other week)

Christmas was pretty good. The main highlights were a 1 GB flash drive at dad's and $200 cash over at mom's. The first thing I did with my flash drive was put on about 200 MB worth of music so that I could have something to do during computer science, now that I discovered a couple of Windows XP computers
hiding in the corner of the classroom which I can actually do something with, instead of those Mandrake Linux computers we program on.

But concerning my cash, well, the day after Christmas, I stuck $100 of it into the bank and went on an ebay splurge. That went remarkably well, and with my $100 and a $25 ebay gift certificate (which I got from g-ma and g-pa Dresser) I managed to get the boxsets for both Cowboy Bebop and Trigun, the Parasite Eve 2 Soundtrack, and a couple of LDS books. The only items which haven't arrived yet are the DVDs that I also bought- The Bourne Identity and The Bourne Supremacy.

Anyway, that's my life, now I have to go find a book at the library that I can fake for my book report tomorrow... so until next time, eat your broccoli and brush your teeth.

P.S. - You're right mom, they DO have fruit in the main line at the High School! I had an apple today, aren't you proud? :)
